Chelsea star Eden Hazard admits he is 'sad' over the injury which forced him out of the Champions League quarter-final second leg with PSG.
The Belgian went into the game under pressure to perform and justify the hype behind his talent, and was denied the chance on the big stage to show just why he is so highly regarded.
Yet it all worked out well for Chelsea in the end, with the man who replaced him, Andre Schurrle, opening the scoring.
Hazard will get a chance to shine again, providing his injury is not as bad as first feared. It's not expected to be, and he should feature in the upcoming semi-finals.
He posted the above image on his Instagram page earlier today, singling out the scorer of the second goal, Demba Ba, for praise.
Out of favour Ba is suddenly the man of the moment at Stamford Bridge, and needs to kick on now to either save his Chelsea career, or earn a big move at the end of the season.
Either scenario will work in the club's favour, and with a semi-final on the horizon, the entire Chelsea squad have the perfect motivation to succeed.
