Despite going out of the Champions League, Manchester United boss David Moyes had positive news for supporters.
Quizzed about the future, with the club near certain to miss out on Champions League qualification next season, the manager insisted it would not present a problem attracting top players.
He told SkySports after the game: "My focus now is on getting this team back in the competition. Hopefully it will only be one year where we have to rebuild
"The club have never had any problems (with money). We are looking to spend the right money on the right players."
And then he dropped the real revelation:
"All the players we've talked to are keen to join Man United, they understand it's (lack of CL football) a short term thing."
With the club linked with signing stars like Toni Kroos, William Carvalho, and Marco Reus, it's at least one small piece of encouragement for fans to take, at a time when the future is anything but certain.
