Chelsea needed to win on Saturday - and thankfully for their fans, the players and the manager, they did just that.
The Blues' 3-0 victory over Stoke City at Stamford Bridge was much-needed and gave Liverpool something to think about as they prepare to face West Ham United on Sunday afternoon.
Goals from Mohamed Salah, Frank Lampard and Willian saw to the Potters, but it is the first of those players I want to talk about.
Salah arrived in January with a big reputation, and he is proving what all the fuss was about with a string of fine performances, usually from the bench but on Saturday from the very first whistle.
Salah scored the first, won the penalty that ultimately led to the second and set up Willian for the third. Not bad for a 21-year-old who has only been at the club for a matter of months.

With Chelsea two goals down to Paris Saint-Germain going into the second-leg of their Champions League quarter-final, it is a shame Salah cannot be given another chance to show what he can do, having played such a huge role in Saturday's result.
Some Blues fans were calling for exactly that after the game, when we took to Twitter to see how people had reacted to the Egyptian's performance. But Salah is of course cup-tied following his involvement in the competition with Basel.
But Chelsea fans were mightily impressed with the young player this weekend, and you can read a selection of what we found below:
