Southampton full-back against Manchester City, Borussia Dortmund centre-back's bouncebackability and whether loan star Nick Powell can lump more pressure on Leeds United, all of potential interest to Manchester United.
As the season comes to a close, many clubs and their supporters will already have one eye firmly focused on the summer transfer window in order to strengthen their side ready for next season. Manchester United manager David Moyes will certainly be no different.
The Red Devils put some critics in their place on Tuesday night, as they produced a very professional and well organised performance against Champions League holders Bayern Munich.
Although the mood in the camp, at the minute, may have risen a little with the result, its still fair to suggest that a few potential targets will be knocking around in David Moyes's head.
We take a look at three players, who this weekend could prove to Moyes they're capable of a first-team spot in his vision for the future.
Calum Chambers - Manchester City vs Southampton
The right-back is the newest in the long-line of talents to come through the ranks at Southampton and on Saturday he will face the hardest game of his career to date.
The young full-back has managed to stay away from the hyperbole for much of his breakthrough season, largely thanks to the coverage surrounding team-mate Luke Shaw. The 19-year-old is still talented enough to reach the very top level in the game and the match on Saturday will be a real sign of his progress this season.
However, with the likes of David Silva and Samir Nasri likely to be running at him then it's possible, if he isn't prepared enough, to be chasing shadows for much of the match.
Mats Hummels - Borussia Dortmund vs Wolfsburg
The 25-year-old German international has had a rough couple of games defensively, after conceding 5 goals in his last two matches.
Stuttgart managed to panic the former Bundesliga champions in their last league game, which ended 3-2 to Dortmund. A few days later, it was Real Madrid putting Dortmund to the sword, winning three goals to nil at the Bernabeu.
Saturday's game against Wolfsburg will be a chance for the Dortmund defence to get back to basics and ensure they keep a clean-sheet. It will be a good chance for the Manchester United target to put in a good performance and show his character and grit.
Nick Powell - Wigan Athletic vs Leeds United
The youngster touted as the 'new Scholes' will get the chance on Saturday to hurt one of United's oldest rivals, as Wigan Athletic look to extend their points cushion in the play-offs against an out-of-sorts Leeds United.
The 20-year-old will be keen for payback after Leeds United astoundingly won the first-match between the two sides 2-0 despite recording less than 40% of the possession.
It's another game that's a blank canvas for the United starlet to once again thrust himself in the mind of David Moyes for next season. At the minute, he is Leeds United's worst nightmare and on his game, he could look to hurt the Yorkshire club quite a lot.
