Coventry City player Callum Wilson has won the League One player of the month award for the second time this season.
Coventry City sit 13th in League One but could currently be occupying a play-off position if it had not been for a ten point deduction at the beginning of the season.
22-year-old Callum Wilson suffered two months out injured with a dislocated shoulder, but has scored an impressive 22 goals in all competitions for the Sky Blues with seven of those coming upon his return in March:
His versatility is evident with the goals he's scored this month. Clinical finishes, individual goals showing strength and composure and poachers goals that every striker needs.
Manager Steven Pressley will be hoping Wilson can carry his form into April and the remaining fixtures though, as they face a tough month ahead. Their remaining games include facing MK Dons, Peterborough, Swindon, Wolves and a visit to Bramall Lane to round off the season.
Amongst the loan signings from Arsenal, QPR and Aston Villa, Wilson is showing his talent. Next year will be a big one for Coventry and Wilson, and it seems the club is moving in the right direction.
