Two top Gunners who have been a focal point in Arsenal's social media YouTube platform take a shot, just not in football, but golf.
With no Arsenal football during mid-week as a result of their Round of 16 exit in the Champions League, Arsenal stars may have had more down-time than usual as they finalise their preparations for the Sunday, April 6 match with Everton at Goodison Park.
After their training sessions today, two Gunners joined a few of their young friends to partake in garden golf, yet judging from Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain's reaction to Carl Jenkinson's shot, the defender needs a bit of target practice.
Oxlade-Chamberlain said: "Closest to the pin competition in the garden! The crowd went wild as Jenko messed up on his last shot and got disqualified!"
The two Gunners have enjoyed a budding bromance partly aided by Arsene Wenger. As they both have, in the past, occupied a position on the right hand side of the field, the club wanted to foster a togetherness between players who will oft strike on-pitch partnerships.
Whether they were sitting next to each other during autograph sessions in foreign countries during pre-season, taking up seats next to each other on flights or enjoying a dual presence on Arsenal's YouTube social media platform, the results have been a strong friendship, as the above video and photographs below demonstrate.
