Ibrahimovic has Twitter dig at Mourinho just hours before kick-off

The Swede has had one last say about his former manager before his side take on Chelsea tonight.

PSG striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic has taken one last swipe at his former manager Jose Mourinho ahead of their Champions League clash with Chelsea tonight.

Ibrahimovic tweeted a picture of himself in his PSG strip, with the words ‘Why would we fear the special one’s team when we have the only one?’, appearing over the top.

The Swedish international famously fell out with Mourinho during their time at Inter Milan. Ibrahimovic was sold to Barcelona as a consequence, where there he also had a high-profile dispute with manager Pep Guardiola.

The jibe comes just two hours before Paris Saint-Germain take on Chelsea in the first leg of their Champions League quarter-final at Parc des Princes this evening.

The build up to the fixture has certainly been eventful, with Jose Mourinho going on record at his pre-match press conference yesterday claiming that Ibrahimovic was ‘very easy’ to manage, while the PSG hit man also ruled out ever playing for Chelsea, or in England.

Tonight will see the clash of two of football’s greatest characters, but only one by this time next week will be in with a chance of making the Champions League Final.
