Are these the new Arsenal kits which Mesut Ozil and Jack Wilshere will adorn next season?
It is that time of year where kit manufacturers are publishing their final designs for next season, and pictures have been released on what many believe will be Arsenal’s kits for the 2014/15 campaign.
According to the reliable kit publishing website Todosobrecamisetas, Arsenal’s new kits for next season have been leaked to the public.
The big difference for the Gunners’ strips next year is the change in brand. Nike have been a part of Arsenal association for the best part of 20 years, however, following a proposed £30m a year deal with Puma, Arsenal’s supporters will experience a big change over the next five years.
The alleged new home shirt appears very easy on the eye and will naturally remain its tradition red shirts with white sleeves.
The away shirt, however, is reported to be a darker yellow than this season's strip with navy blue sleeves and the Emirates sponsor to be red.
Whilst Arsene Wenger’s men have accustomed to wearing yellow away shirts during his reign as boss, the specific shade of this proposed kit has not been seen since arguably Arsenal’s third kit used in the 2002-03 season – a year in which they finished second in the Premier League and won the FA Cup.
