Napoli chief: Give me Juve's money and we'd win 10 titles

Napoli owner Aurelio De Laurentiis celebrated his side's win over Juventus by insisting that the Old Lady's success was simply down to money.

It was a triumphant night for Napoli as they delivered Juventus' second Serie A defeat of the season, seeing the Bianconeri off 2-0 at the Stadio San Paolo.

While Juventus remain strong favourites to retain the Scudetto, the result prompted delirious celebrations in Naples.

After the final whistle there was also a war of words between representatives of the two clubs with Rafa Benitez and Antonio Conte trading insults.

Benitez insisted that Juventus' budget gives them a big advantage in the title race, but Conte hit back by saying that any side who spent £80m in the summer had to be challengers.

Napoli owner Aurelio De Laurentiis was in pugnacious form after the final whistle, tweeting his thoughts on the debate.

"There weren't 20 points between us and them, there weren't 17 either," De Laurentiis declared, referring to the significant points gap between the two sides.

"Give me £125m and I'll win the Scudetto 10 years in a row."
