Fulham 1-3 Everton: Late double keeps Toffees on track for Europe

Everton beat Fulham 3-1 at Craven Cottage earlier today.

The more Everton win, the more Arsenal will worry.  The Toffees' 3-1 victory away to Fulham on Sunday means Roberto Martinez's side are now just four points behind the Gunners, with a game in hand, and with the two sides still to meet.

Could the Spaniard do the unthinkable in his very first season and take Everton into the Champions League?  The truth is it is becoming a little less fanciful with each passing week.

An own-goal from Fulham 'keeper David Stockdale had given the visitors the lead before Ashkan Dejagah equalised with 19 minutes to play.

However, late strikes from Kevin Mirallas and Steven Naismith gave Everton the win and left Fulham at the bottom of the table.
