On Tuesday night Bayern Munich wrapped up their long anticipated Bundesliga title with a 3-1 win against Hertha Berlin.
It has been a long time coming for FC Bayern - who have absolutely dominated the league this season and this looks like being just the first of their title wins this campaign.
Last season it was Jupp Heynckes who led them to glory - but this term it is former Barcelona boss Pepe Guardiola who has done the trick, continuing to enhance his incredible reputation even further.
Tributes poured in for the triumphant Bayern side and their coach - including from one Swansea City player.
Chico Flores posted this Tweet on Wednesday - attached with a picture of him in close quarters with Guardiola:
Translated the message says:
“Bayern congratulations on their league title and to their great coach Pep.”
But why is Chico so fond of Guardiola.
Well Flores turned his career on its head during a loan spell at Barcelona B - when his coach was of course none other than the great manager himself.
He had an excellent half a season at the club which earned him a move to Almeria - where he first began to show the flashes of brilliance that eventually saw Genoa, Mallorca and then Swansea take a chance on the player.
Chico Flores is therefore just one of many players who owe plenty to perhaps the greatest manager in the world right now.
