Leeds United and Nottingham Forest fans have produced a mixed bag of reactions with regards to the Lee Peltier signing.
Leeds United and Nottingham Forest supporters have shown themselves to be split straight down the middle when it was announced the right-back would join Nottingham Forest on loan until the end of the season.
Both sides, at current, are going through tricky situations with the Yorkshire club coming off slightly worse than the East Midland's side who are looking for a new manager after Billy Davies was sacked.
Earlier in the week, Massimo Cellino's takeover bid of Leeds United was denied by the Football League. The decision left Leeds United fans feeling alarmed about what short-term affects this may have on the team.
It was a decision that obviously played a huge part in the former Leicester City defender's move to the City Ground, however, the apathetic Leeds fans didn't seem to care too much about their player moving on. In fact, some even mocked the player upon departure.
Nottingham Forest supporters were also just as equally apathetic about the signing, but with 9 games left with injuries galore and a play-off spot to fight for, they seemed happy to sign anybody.
We took a look on Twitter to get a overview to how the fans were feeling about this transfer in general:
Good riddance to Peltier, just hasn't performed as hoped. Won't miss those aimless long balls down the line! #lufc— Andy Pattison (@andypato) March 27, 2014
@Pelts_86 If I wasn't working today I would have driven you there myself.— James Hollingworth (@JimmyHol84) March 27, 2014
