The Sunday Mirror have stated that Loic Remy wants a move to the Emirates as he is eager to emulate countryman Thierry Henry.
With Loic Remy excelling during a loan spell at Newcastle, the France international is set to be hot property in the transfer market this summer.
The QPR loanee is said to be attracting the attention of North London rivals Arsenal and Tottenham, with both set to bid for the former Marseille man at the end of the season.
However, The Sunday Mirror have today stated that the sprightly attacker would prefer to move to the Emirates Stadium over a switch to Tim Sherwood’s men.
The report suggests that Remy has been inspired by watching countryman Thierry Henry during his time in England and would aspire to emulate the New York Red Bulls attacker.
Newcastle and QPR will both be keen to keep Remy, but the allure of the Gunners may well be decisive.
