In an interview with the Daily Mail, the 24-year-old admitted that his goal in Liverpool's 3-3 draw with Everton earlier in the season (skip towards the end of the video to see Sturridge's equaliser) was his favourite of the 18 he has scored so far in the Premier League this term.
And being against Liverpool's arch rivals, you can perhaps understand the England man's love of this particular finish, especially as it salvaged an important point for his side. But others point to Sturridge's strike against Everton in the return fixture as one of their favourites.
When the Toffees came to Anfield for this season's reverse league fixture, Sturridge scored twice - and his second (Liverpool's third on the day - see above video) was quite spectacular. Running onto the ball, the 24-year-old lobbed Everton goalkeeper Tim Howard from distance, watching on as his exquisite finish sailed into the back of the net.
Not only did that goal come against Liverpol's fierce rivals, but it was one of Sturridge's finest career strikes - and also part of a 4-0 win (always good!).
Another candidate for the Liverpool striker's goal of the season was his header against Manchester United at Anfield earlier in the campaign. Just minutes into the game, the 24-year-old leaped high from a corner and slotted a fine header into the back of the net - one that proved to be the winner against Liverpool's age-old rivals.
