Bayern Munich striker’s agent said to be in London for meetings.
Mario Mandzukic’s place in Pep Guardiola’s side has been threatened by the imminent summer arrival of Robert Lewandowski from Borussia Dortmund.
As a result, the Croatia international has been linked with a variety of moves abroad, a tempting option for Europe’s more illustrious outfits in need of reinforcements up front.
And according to Sky Sport Italia’s Gianluca Di Marzio, Mandzukic’s agent has now flown to London to establish contact with the pair of Premier League title contenders.
Talks reportedly have not revolved around anything concrete, however, with the representative more so looking to establish each club’s level of interest in his client.
Real Madrid are also understood to be in the frame, having tracked Mandzukic throughout this season, though it remains unclear how developed the Spanish giants’ pursuit of his signature is.
Regardless of the nature of the meetings in the English capital, Mandzukic certainly appears to be willing to consider his options ahead of a transfer this summer.
