64% of Forest fans predict for the Rams to beat them this weekend

One poll of Nottingham Forest supporters shows many are expecting local-rivals Derby County to beat them this weekend, with 16% even predicting the loss will mean the end of Billy Davies.

The mood at the City Ground couldn't be much more apathetic at the minute, which is possibly the worst time to come up against your local-rivals.

In fact, neither of the two teams can really boast about their recent record, after Derby County have all-but-ended their hopes of clinching an automatic promotion spot too. However, with only Leeds United in worse form than Nottingham Forest in the league, then it will certainly be the home side who are more confident.

If the Nottingham Forest manager is sacked at the weekend, after falling to their local-rivals, it will not be a dissimilar situation to the home game earlier on in the season.

After Derby County lost 1-0 at the City Ground, courtesy of a set-piece goal by Jack Hobbs, it was revealed in the aftermath that long-serving Derby County manager Nigel Clough was relieved of his duties.

And with strong sense of animosity between Derby County fans and Billy Davies, it sets it up for a potentially memorable encounter.
