Ezequiel Garay scored twice last night in a 4-2 win for Benfica against Nacional.
Manchester United transfer target Ezequiel Garay backed up his superb performance against Tottenham Hotspur last week with a brace in Benfica’s league match against Nacional last night.
The runaway league leaders in Portugal’s top division went into the match against a side looking to break into the Champions League places with time running out in the final part of the season.
In an entertaining 4-2 win for Benfica, Garay scored two amazing headers with the first coming from an obscure angle and the second showcasing his accuracy and precision to beat the goalkeeper.
Reports have suggested that Manchester United will have to pay around the €20 million mark to secure Garay as Vidic’s replacement and it seems they’d lose nothing in terms of goal threat from a big centre forward lurking in the opponent’s penalty box for set pieces.
Take a look at his superb efforts below.
