With Bacary Sagna headed for crunch talks over his Arsenal future, Inter have been waiting in the wings but they now seem unlikely to pounce.
Sagna has reportedly told Arsenal his demands if he is to renew his contract at the Emirates Stadium beyond the end of this season.
The French international is said to want three more years at £90,000 a week plus a £6m signing-on fee paid in instalments.
Arsenal seem unlikely to meet the 31-year-old's demands and he is reportedly free to discuss a move outside of England.
Inter are known to be keen on Sagna having already added Manchester United's Nemanja Vidic to their defensive ranks for next season.
Turkish outfit Galatasaray are also believed to be in the race to secure Sagna's signature in June.
Di Marzio believes that three options are being considered by the defender and Inter are not one of them.
He insists that Sagna will either renew his contract at Arsenal or sign for Liverpool or Manchester City.
