Gifted Inter midfielder Mateo Kovacic is reportedly unsettled at the club due to a lack of first-team opportunities and there could be a Premier League tussle for him in the summer.
The 19-year-old Croatian international is highly rated across Europe but coach Walter Mazzarri doesn't seem to have as high an opinion of him.
While Kovacic made regular appearances for the Nerazzurri under Andrea Stramaccioni, he has mainly been used as a substitute this season.
It is widely believed that Kovacic will look for a new club in the summer if things don't change radically and Manchester United have been frequently linked with him.
The report suggests that all three clubs are ready to offer more than £8.5m for Kovacic having previously been interested in another Inter star Fredy Guarin.
It is reported that Inter will require a larger bid if they are to let Kovacic go and are hoping for closer to £12m.
Inter may need to sell some assets if they are to launch the raid for Arsenal's Bacary Sagna that has been predicted in the Italian press this week.
