North London derby Tweets - 'Lets go Gunners' says Ozil as Adebayor pledges to 'fight'

Spurs Walk Out V Arsenal

As we approach kick off we check out Twitter for what the Arsenal and Tottenham players are saying.

This afternoon sees the North London derby come to White Hart Lane - and for both Tim Sherwood and Arsene Wenger this is a crunch fixture.

Tottenham still have designs on Europe while Arsenal will still feel they have chance of winning the Premier League title - especially after Chelsea’s slip-up yesterday.

For these two teams there is no bigger game than this derby match this season - and the players have been playing hype men on Twitter.

Sandro celebrated his birthday yesterday - and is clearly up for the game this afternoon - but perhaps no player in the Spurs squad will be more pumped up than Emmanuel Adebayor.

The former Arsenal man left the red side of North London, let’s just say less than amicably, and is still an unpopular figure for Gunners fans.

And he joined Sandro in Tweeting about the game this afternoon…

But the Arsenal boys have been at it as well - at least the ones who aren’t playing that is.

Mesut Ozil and Aaron Ramsey are both out injured for the game but are certainly excited for the game.
