VIDEO: West Ham's 'next Gazza' scores another loan brace

Ex-Manchester United youngster, on loan at Loftus Road from West Ham, is on fire in the Championship

Birmingham boss Lee Clark compared the precocious England Under-21 attacking midfielder to national icon Paul Gascoigne after he scored two goals to put his Blues side to the sword last week.

Clark knows the player better than most, having had Morrison on loan at St Andrews for the whole of last season, where he scored 3 goals in 30 games.

And one week later, maybe Yeovil boss Gary Johnson will be just as complimentary after another star performance from the on-loan West Ham player saw him net another brace in QPR's 3-0 victory over the Somerset side.

After a hugely impressive opening few months to the season at West Ham that saw him linked back to former club Manchester United and also talked of as a possible England cap, Morrison seemed to slip out of the first team picture somewhat under Sam Allardyce recently.

Heading to QPR on loan seems to have been the perfect short-term move to keep his career going in the right direction.

He has now scored 4 goals in 5 games for The Hoops, after featuring just 3 times for the Hammers since Christmas.

See Ravel Morrison's two goals against Yeovil below, the first a stunning long range effort that went in off the post.
