Arsenal star hints at full fitness for Spurs game on Twitter - 'Good to be back ... let's go'

Yaya Sanogo looks fighting fit for the North London derby tomorrow.

Arsenal take on Tottenham Hotspur tomorrow in the North London Derby - and the fans at The Emirates will be hoping to gain ground in the title race after Chelsea dropped points on Saturday and with the hope Manchester United can get a result against Liverpool.

They come into the game however with an abundance of injury issues to be concerned about.

The likes of Mesut Ozil, Jack Wilshere and Aaron Ramsey are all unavailable while question marks surround the fitness of Kieran Gibbs.

Although it seems one question mark can now be lifted.

Earlier in the week Arsene Wenger commented on the fitness of French striker Yaya Sanogo. He missed the Champions League second leg against Bayern Munich after picking up a knock in the FA Cup game against Everton the weekend previous.

Wenger said of his fitness ahead of the NLD:

“He could be all right. He had a test yesterday which was positive.”

Not exactly a ringing endorsement of fitness from the gaffer then?

However Sanogo certainly appears OK for the fixture - and his Tweets today might have confirmed his availability,

Here they are…

He seems fired up for the game, and although he is likely to be on the bench he will be pleased to soak up his first taste of a North London derby tomorrow afternoon.
