Today always looked like a tough assignment for Manchester City at Hull - and that task got even harder when Vincent Kompany was sent off after 10 minutes.
Luckily David Silva was in top form - and they won the game 2-0.
But the club are still suffering in the absence of their star striker Sergio Aguero - of that there is no doubt.
The forward has scored 26 goals in 28 appearances this season - but has struggled with injury problems throughout the New Year.
Those injury problems continued in midweek - as he limped out of the Champions League tie against Barcelona in the Nou Camp.
He came off at half-time, in similar fashion to that of Mesut Ozil of Arsenal v Bayern Munich, with a hamstring problem - and City fans were worried just how long their hero would be out of action.
"Sergio will know on Saturday what he has. It is 48 hours after the exam when they will know exactly what he has. I really don't know, but I don't think it is really very serious. I am hopeful he will (only) be injured for a couple of weeks."
Well here it is, Saturday, and Aguero has let us know about the severity of his injury.
While he didn’t give a timescale on his recovery - he confirmed the injury was minor.

I already went through the trouble annoyance I felt against Barca and that prevented me from giving the best of me during that game.
Luckily the injury is minor and football always gives rematch. Now working to get back and help the team who played a great game today.
