City have just nine games to try and save their top-flight status, but know it will be tough with the likes of Liverpool and Chelsea still to come to the Welsh capital.
The Bluebirds won just their sixth game of the season last weekend as they downed fellow league strugglers Fulham 3-1.
Manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer had previously stated that Cardiff must win five of their remaining ten games in order to beat the drop. The Bluebirds now face a trip to Everton on Saturday, having picked up just one away win all season.
Many have been quick to dismiss Cardiff’s survival hopes despite their crucial victory against Fulham, but Turner believes they have the squad to ensure the club stay in the Premier League next season.
"We know that we can actually do it, we know that there's a good enough foundation within the team and the squad to get the points that we need.” Turner told the club’s official website.
“You never look at a fixture and say 'we can't get anything here'. You can always get something if you set up right and have the luck on the day.
"The next two games we will need to be firing on all cylinders and we'll need things to go for us on the day if we're going to get points from them. A win in football, when you're in the position we're in, it can be massive.”
