The Bayern Munich midfielder is in demand, but is said to have prioritized a switch to Real Madrid.

Manchester United’s links to Bayern Munich midfielder Toni Kroos continue, with the Germany international still yet to sort out his contract situation with the Bavarian giants.

The Premier League champions have been linked with a summer move for the immensely talented playmaker as David Moyes looks to reinvigorate his squad.

However, a report from Spain today claims that Kroos may well have his eye on another of Europe’s top sides.

Fichajes claim that an inside source has revealed that Kroos is interested in moving to the Santiago Bernabeu and would prioritise a switch to the Spanish capital over Old Trafford.

Kroos’ club situation is not expected to be resolved until after the World Cup, with Barcelona and Juventus also accredited with an interest in the star.

With Kroos’ contract at the Allianz Arena expiring in the summer of 2015, Bayern may well be tempted to cash in on their youth graduate if a new deal cannot be agreed upon.
