Eden Hazard reveals new nickname for Chelsea boss Mourinho

Eden Hazard of Chelsea doesn't buy into the whole 'Special One' hype.

Jose Mourinho took the clever step of giving himself a nickname when he arrived at Chelsea, that way he couldn't have an unwanted one hoisted upon him by the media.

Far from former England bosses Graham 'Turnip' Taylor, or Steve McClaren the 'Wally with the Brolly', Mourinho ensured his nickname was one he would like, 'The Special One'.

Since he arrived in 2005 it's stuck, even though when he returned for his second spell at Chelsea, as a two-time Champions League winner, he attempted to downplay it.

He told reporters in his opening press conference he wanted to be known as 'The Happy One', so content was he to be back.

Neither nickname, are ones star player Eden Hazard is buying, nor are they ones the manager would like to see enforced.

Speaking while on international week, the Belgian revealed he has his own name for the Chelsea coach.

"I find we have a normal relationship. If there are things to be said, he says them. If you are playing well, he says so. But if you are not, you also get to hear about it.

"I prefer it if people say things to my face. He might be called the 'Special One' but to me he is the 'Normal One'."

It sounds straightforward, but whatever complexities may or may not exist with their working relationship, it is working.

Chelsea are clear at the top of the Premier League, and Eden Hazard is the club's top goalscorer, as well as being the club's most exciting player to watch.

With Mourinho flying upon his return, what wouldn't Manchester United boss David Moyes, anointed as 'The Chosen One' at Old Trafford, give for the 'normal' season the Chelsea manager is enjoying?
