All the latest news and gossip from The Emirates Stadium this morning.

Arsene Wenger is said to be furious at Liverpool centre back Daniel Agger. The bullish defender flew into a 50-50 tackle on Jack Wilshere in an international friendly between Denmark and Arsenal this week - and Wilshere has now been ruled out for six weeks with a broken bone in his foot.

Wenger is said to be seething at the actions of Agger - as Wilshere now faces the possibility of playing just three more games in this crucial time of the Premier League season.

Wenger holds his weekly press conference lager this morning - and he will certainly have something to say on the matter so watch this space.

The good news at Arsenal sees two midfield reinforcements nearing a return to first team action.

Kim Kallstrom is expected to be available for the FA Cup tie against Everton tomorrow - although a return the following weekend remains more likely.

Meanwhile Aaron Ramsey could also be back in time for the North London derby - as he nears a return to full fitness.

Ramsey has not played since Boxing Day because of a thigh problem.

Turkish star Arda Turan’s agent has revealed his client would love to play for Arsenal. The Atletico Madrid creator was reportedly the subject of a mystery bid this week - and now his agent Ahmed Bulut says the Turkish international sees The Emirates as an ideal location. Although no move is imminent:

"He is interested in working under Arsene Wenger and Arda would like to play in England. But Arda will not leave Atletico yet. They are part of the title race and he is a key player. Arda plays for a big club and he will be part of Atletico's success. I would like to emphasise again that Arda recently extended his contract. He will be staying at Atletico."
