Need more COD? Never fear as you won't to have to wait too long for the next DLC instalment.
Last month we reported on the first of four new DLC packs for Call of Duty: Ghosts and if you got and have played it to death and yearn for even more COD action then you’ll want to carry on reading.
Activision has just announced the release date for the next DLC instalment of the ever popular Call of Duty: Ghosts series, entitled ‘Devastation’ and it’s packed full of goodies that will please single and multiplayer fans alike.
On the 3rd April Xbox Live users will be the first to get the game before it arrives on Playstation a bit later (we’ll let know when that is as soon as we can).
So what do you get for your money? First off The DLC Pack features four new multiplayer maps, including a mountaintop Mayan temple, a mangled container ship, a giant excavation digger in South America and a fully reimagined version of the fan-favourite map “Dome” from Modern Warfare 3.
There is also a new weapon that has the descriptive name of ‘Ripper’ and is a two in one tactical weapon which changes from sub machine gun to an assault rifle in rapid fashion.
There is the second chapter of the story called ‘Mayday’ All we know is that you will get to go up against a 100 foot alien boss called ‘Kraken’ which definitely sounds epic (anything Kraken usually does depict epic in some way!)
If you’re a season pass holder then there are some additional goodies that come with it such as from today you’ll be able to get the ‘Ripper’ weapon to use on all Call of Duty multi-player maps, so what are you waiting for. Go get it!
