Maraoune Fellaini has scored for Belgium - is he finally coming good?

It has certainly not been clear sailing for Maraoune Fellaini since he arrived at Manchester United in the summer. A favourite of David Moyes’ at Goodison Park he was always going to be linked with following the boss to Old Trafford.

Which he did on deadline day in the summer - for a whopping £27.5 million.

But he has struggled to adapt to his new club and has been a much maligned figure among Manchester United fans.

However, he is over his injury problems, and put in easily his best performance in a United shirt recently against Crystal Palace.

And today he did what he does best - banging in a header for his country Belgium against the Ovory Coast.

Earlier today he said Zinedine Zidane was his footballing hero - and this headed goal was Zizou-circa-1998-esque …
