German outlet Sport Bild suggests nearly £235 million of transfer deals could go through this summer.
German site Sport Bild has suggested a possible £235 million could be spent by Premier League clubs on transfers this summer.
The report from the German outlet has accumulated 15 players linked with Arsenal, Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur, valuating their current market value which has produced the astonishing figure if all of the deals for the reported targets go through.
Manchester United have been linked with several German based players throughout the season with Sport Bild selecting contemporary targets Toni Kroos of Bayern Munich and Matthias Ginter of Freiburg in their report.
United have also been linked with several players from German giants Borussia Dortmund with Ilkay Gundogan, Marco Reus and Mats Hummels among those connected with moves to Old Trafford along with Edinson Cavani from Paris Saint-Germain.
As far as Arsenal are concerned, they have been involved in a very high profile transfer rumour surrounding FC Schalke’s Julian Draxler and the report also mentions interest in Real Madrid goalkeeper Iker Casillas despite the fact the Spaniard has just said he wants to play at the Bernabeu until he’s 40.
Real Scoiedad’s Antoine Griezmann is also mentioned in the report, with Arsenal’s interest in the Frenchman widely known and a reported offer from the Gunners turned down for the wide man last month.
Sport Bild also mentions current connections between Milan and Tottenham Hotspur, with Spurs linked with players from both of the giants based in the Italian city while some of Tim Sherwood’s best squad players linked with moves the other way.
It’s purely a site bringing together a bunch of contemporary transfer rumours and judging their value but it’s extremely exciting if you happen to be a supporter of any of the club.
