Tottenham are through to the next round of the UEFA Europa League - just!
They overcame a plucky Dnipro side at White Hart Lane - despite being down 2-0 on aggregate at one point in the second half.
When Roman Zozulya scored his header it seemed Tottenham’s worst fears were being confirmed - and they looked down and out.
However an inspired free-kick from Christian Eriksen, a double salvo from Emmanuel Adebayor and an Oscar winning performance from Jan Vertonghen proved to be all it took.
Spurs won the game 3-1 of course - booking their place in the next round of the competition in the process.
They are the last English team standing after the dismissal of Wigan Athletic in the Group Stage and Swansea City against Napoli last night - and one very famous name was taking interest in both Napoli and Tottenham’s next respective tie.
Portuguese legend Luis Figo may be well known for a men’s hair dye advert these days - but he was once a pretty nifty footballer as well.
He played for Real Madrid, Barcelona and Inter Milan in his illustrious career - and also made over 120 caps for his country.
Nowadays, apart from the hair dye commercials of course, he spends his time talking about the beautiful game - and he is in no doubt when it comes to Tottenham’s chances in the next round - they haven’t got one.
He had this to say on Napoli and Tottenham’s chances - as the two get ready to take on Portuguese sides Porto and Benfica respectively:
"The blues are among the best teams in Italy…Tottenham have another type of football, and I think it's wide open: Benfica and Porto will win and go to the quarter-final. I hope so…"
Spurs fans will be warming up the humble pie as we speak.
