Arsenal morning news: Sagna's new contract demands revealed

A round up of news stories this morning about Arsenal.

Bacary Sagna has laid down his demands for a new contract if he’s going to stay at Arsenal.

The right-back wants a three-year contract worth £100,000 per week according to the Daily Mirror.

Sagna has already turned down three new contract offers from the Gunners with his current deal due to expire in the summer.

Bayern Munich star Thomas Muller has been rated as a doubt for the Champions League second leg tie against Arsenal.

The experienced German is suffering from a hamstring problem which he picked up last weekend in the win against Hannover.

He has been handed a mandatory five-day break to recover but is rated as a doubt for the return leg against the Gunners.

Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger granted Mesut Ozil extended leave away from the club.

Ozil was allowed to travel back to Germany to see friends and family following criticism over his Arsenal form in recent weeks.

He is due back in London to start training again with the club today and is in line to start against Stoke this weekend.
