CONFIRMED: West Ham United & Southampton line-ups

Here is how West Ham United and Southampton will line-up for this afternoon’s match at Upton Park.

West Ham United starting XI: Adrian, Demel, Tomkins, Collins, McCartney, Nolan, Noble, Taylor, Downing, C.Cole, Jarvis

Subs: Jaaskelainen, Reid, Armero, Collison, Diame, J.Cole, Nocerino

Southampton starting XI: Boruc, Chambers, Fonte, Yoshida, Shaw, Cork, Schneiderlin, S. Davis, Lallana, Rodriguez, Lambert

Subs: K. Davis, Clyne, Lovren, Ramírez, Ward-Prowse, Guly, Gallagher.

Sam Allardyce's Hammers will be looking to build on three successive victories today as West Ham host Southampton.

Four goals in three games from midfielder Kevin Nolan have pulled West Ham away from the dropzone, and a win today would take them eight points behind today's opponents, but they are reduced to just one striker in the absence of Andy Carroll.

Southampton have lost just one of their last seven games, but have drawn three of those and Allardyce will be hoping to keep West Ham's upturn in form going today.

The aforementioned Nolan plays today and will support lone striker Carlton Cole, with Stewart Downing and Matt Jarvis expected to supply the ammunition.

Meanwhile, Mauricio Pochettino welcomes back Gaston Ramirez and Dejan Lovren to the bench after lengthy periods out injured, but Victor Wanyama misses out. Artur Boruc, Calum Chambers, Jose Fonte, Jack Cork, Morgan Schneiderlin and Jay Rodriguez return having missed last weekend's FA Cup defeat to Sunderland.
