Arsenal take on Bayern Munich in the Champions League tomorrow night - a year to the day since the Gunners lost to the Bundesliga giants 3-1 at The Emirates.
It is a huge game for The Gunners - who have come on leaps and bounds since the last meeting between these two sides, which Arsenal won 2-0 at the Allianz Arena.
Unfortunately, so have Bayern.
They are in great form at the moment under the tutelage of new manager Pep Guardiola and despite Arsenal’s lofty Premier League position - not many are giving Arsenal a chance of beating the Bavarians.
Much is being made of the German connection in the Arsenal team ahead of the game - with Mesut Ozil, Per Mertesacker and Lukas Podolski all set to go up against international team-mates in the fixture.
For Podolski, it also sees him up against several former club team-mates.
Podolski spent three years with Bayern between 2006 and 2009 - a period which was up and down in terms of individual success.
But he, more than any of the Arsenal players, will know some of the Bayern players better than any.
One such player would be vice-captain Bastian Schweinsteiger.
Former club-mates and international team-mates together since they both made their Germany debuts against Hungary in in 2004.
So there was little surprise to see Poldi getting at Basti on social network ahead of the game.
He had this little message for his friend before the meeting via Instagram…
