Bayern Munich may be cruising at 16 points clear in the Bundesliga, but they do not have any desire to take their foot off the gas.
They have scored an impressive 16 goals in their last four games without conceding a single goal, and head to Arsenal for their Champions League clash full of confidence.
Distractions like unsigned new contracts of stars like Dante, Arjen Robben, and most intriguingly Toni Kroos, do not even factor.
Dante and Robben are expected to sign new deals, yet midfielder Kroos, linked heavily with Manchester United, is far less certain.
Teammate Jerome Boateng, formerly of Manchester City, was quizzed on his teammate's future in an interview with German website Spox:
"Everyone must decide for themselves, we do not talk about it within the team. We understand each other well and want to go all in one direction. Everything else is Toni's thing."
The defender himself signed a new deal in December said that no other challenges excited him, and he felt 'comfortable', at the club.
Boateng has left the Bundesliga once before and his spell at City was a mixed one, leaving after just 12 months despite earning a Premier League winner's medal.
Yet the lure which tempted him to leave in the first place, is one Kroos has not yet explored - and this could come the end of the season work in United's favour, just don't ask any of his teammates about it.
