A round up of this morning’s key stories about Arsenal.

Arsenal are being linked with a €48 million offer for striker Mario Balotelli in the summer.

Balotelli’s agent will reportedly have talks with Arsenal over a possible move and that’s the fee which has popped up in reports.

The Gunners were tipped to sign a striker last month, failing to pull off a late deal for FC Schalke’s attacking star Julian Draxler.

Arsene Wenger will reportedly rest key players for this weekend’s FA Cup game against Liverpool.

Striker Olivier Giroud and midfielders Mesut Ozil and Mikel Arteta are among those reportedly in line for a rest.

It could mean an opportunity for a squad player to come into the side and stake a claim to a regular starting place.

Goalkeeper Wojciech Szczesny says a big finish to the season will land Arsenal the Premier League title.

The Gunners have suffered a couple of setbacks in the league with defeat at Liverpool last weekend followed by a frustrating 0-0 draw at home against Manchester United.

“If we could have a similar last 10 games to what we did last year we’ll be in a good position,” said the Pole.
