Arsenal supporters have slammed the club over the cost of tickets for next week’s home Champions League game against Bayern Munich.
The Gunners face the German and European champions in the first leg of the last 16 European tie and some fans will have to pay around £132 for a ticket, prompting furious reactions from Arsenal fans.
The pricing for the game has led to several reports which have suggested that large sections of supporters will boycott the game on Wednesday in protest at the expensive pricing.
What will infuriate Arsenal fans even more is the news, shortly after the tie was drawn, that Bayern Munich are part funding the cost of tickets for some of their fans to attend the game in London.
This is nothing new to Arsenal fans, who are charged some of the highest prices in Europe to watch Premier League and Champions League football and in this case it’s a step too far.
Here are some responses from unhappy Gooners.
