Juventus were repeatedly linked to Manchester United's Nani in the January transfer window and he remains their primary objective, according to the Italian newspaper.
The troubled marksman has reportedly adapted well to the direction of Conte and is making a case for a permanent stay.
It is suggested that Juventus are trying to evolve a 4-3-3 system to allow them to challenge for European supremacy and that will involve Osvaldo and Carlos Tevez up front alongside Fernando Llorente.
Conte allegedly sees Portuguese international Nani as an ideal addition to this formation to give the necessary energy and width in midfield.
It was widely reported that David Moyes ruled out Nani's departure in the winter, but there remains speculation that manager and player don't get on well.
Nani has fallen out of favour with some of the fans at Old Trafford and could well move on for a new challenge.
Inter and AC Milan were also linked with a move for Nani in January but nothing came to fruition.
