Manchester United have been handed a double injury boost ahead of Wednesday night.
Manchester United's midfield options have been enhanced ahead of the trip to Arsenal with Phil Jones and Marouane Fellaini back into consideration.
The club confirmed via Twitter on Tuesday evening that the pair were in contention to feature.
Jones of course becomes also a possibility to play in central defence if David Moyes chooses to shake up an area of the team which was worse than the midfield against Fulham.
Fellaini has not figures for United yet in 2014, and will be raring to go and prove a point to those who have written him off as an expensive disappointment.
The Belgian is a superb header of the ball, and could be useful should United continue with their crossing-focused approach against the Gunners.
We would not expect Fellaini to start, but in light of this news it would be reasonable for him to expect a place on the bench, and come on as a possible impact player late on.
He needs a strong second half of the season, and may have figured against Fulham had he not suffered a groin strain in training ahead of the fixture. Earlier in the week it had been reported he would miss the Emirates trip, but David Moyes will be delighted to have more options at his disposal.
