Fans react on Twitter to first-half of Liverpool v Arsenal - 'What is scary is that Suarez hasn't scored yet'

Liverpool have put Arsenal to the sword in the first half of their Premier League encounter, leading 4-0 at the break. But what have fans made of it all?

Arsenal have a very tough month ahead of them.  This is a feeling that has been repeated time and time again, with the Gunners having to face Liverpool twice, Manchester United and Bayern Munich all in February.

And things have not started particularly well, with Arsene Wenger's men 4-0 down at Anfield at half-time this afternoon.

It could have been even worse, with the hosts scoring all four goals in the first 20 minutes of the match - through Martin Skrtel (2), Raheem Sterling and Daniel Sturridge - but Arsenal have a mountain to climb to take anything from this game, and may already have one eye on the games to come.

The Gunners began to play their way into the game as it wore on, with Liverpool failing to keep up the momentum of the early stages.  But what did the fans make of the first-half performance?

We took to Twitter to gauge the reaction, and you can read a selection of the tweets below:
