Manchester United have been handed a double injury blow ahead of the weekend Premier League clash with Fulham as Jonny Evans has been ruled out with a calf problem while Marouane Fellaini is out of action for a further week after picking up a problem in training.
Evans picked up the problem during last weekend’s clash against Stoke City, which means Phil Jones could continue at centre back or Chris Smalling could move in from the right hand side.

Fellaini has been out of action since last year and this problem follows a wrist injury which required surgery and kept the Belgian from playing any part for the club over the Christmas and New Year period.
Nemanja Vidic is set to return to the side for his first appearance since announcing that he would leave the club at the end of the season. Manager David Moyes confirmed at his press conference this afternoon that the Serbian would continue to play.
“We'll continue to play him. It was the right decision for both club and player,” said the United boss.
