If you're one for dark corners and suffer from kleptomania, then the next instalment of Thief is right up your dimly-lit street.
Fancy robbing loads of swag, but don’t take kindly to the legal ramifications? Perhaps Thief will satisfy these urges for you.
You play Garrett, the Master Thief, who’s got a bit of a bad memory and a few people after his head. Using your thief skills, you will need to recover your memory and investigate why you have a lot of people after you. Probably because the character you play is a kleptomaniac, but that's just a guess.
The entire game can be completed without killing a single enemy, by using non-lethal methods, such as your super-handy blackjack club to thwack unsuspecting peons over the head. Or if you prefer a little more action, you can use your full arsenal of weaponry to do away with whoever you see fit.
In a new trailer released yesterday, we’re shown a host of tools and situations we’ll be able to take advantage of in the game. Check out the spoiler-heavy video below!
Thief is released on 25 February in North America and 28 February worldwide for PC, Playstation 3, Playstation 4, Xbox 360, and Xbox One. You can also see more at the official Thief site here.
