Prior to their marquee match-up against visiting Chelsea yesterday evening, February 3, the Manchester City fans unveiled the above banner - a clear swipe at the predicament their usually dominant neighbours Manchester United currently find themselves in.
Under the guidance of current boss Moyes, United have lost a third (33%) of their 24 Premier League matches to date, conceding 29 times and only amassing 40 points in total, 15 points behind the division leaders Arsenal.
The vulnerability and seemingly dashed confidence that is evident in United's footballers and all-round on-field play has led many to question Moyes, with even a minority of the club's own fanbase taking to Twitter to hashtag MoyesOut in an effort to bring awareness of their dissatisfaction to the board.
For City, Moyes is a football genius as, while the Etihad outfit rise up the domestic ranks and threaten on the European stage, United continue to fail to do any better than 7th in the league.
If City emerged triumphant against Chelsea last night, then they would be top this morning, however, they came unstuck by another football genius in Jose Mourinho, as the Blues edged City by a 1-0 score thanks to a Branislav Ivanovic first-half settler.
