After an under-whelming loan spell at Celta Vigo, he returned to Arsenal last summer, with the club unable to move him on.
Arsene Wenger recalled him to the squad, and brought him on during the League Cup defeat to Chelsea, featuring three more times this season as an unused substitute.
Park has a contract at Arsenal until 2015 so they could be stuck with him yet - unless he can recapture the form which saw the Gunners sign him in the first place and move elsewhere.
