4pm Deadline Day News: Including Mitroglou, Ince and Hoolahan

Fulham, Arsenal, Crystal Palace, Liverpool, Norwich City and Cardiff City all feature.

Breaking news:

Kostas Mitroglou has completed his move from Olympiakos to Fulham according to Sky Sports News. He has already scored four hat-tricks this season and there had been reports that West Ham United were hoping to steal in at the last minute, but the Hammers have been unable to do so.

Sky Sports News are reporting that Dani Osvaldo will have to take a significant pay-cut to move from Southampton to Juventus, but it appears that deal will still go through prior to tonight's deadline.

The same channel also reports that a fourth bid has been made for Norwich City midfielder Wes Hoolahan..but that it is not from Aston Villa (who have reportedly had three bids rejected for the player already this month).

On-going developments:

Kim Kallstrom is reportedly on the verge of completing a loan move to Arsenal until the end of the season. The Swedish international midfielder is currently at Spartak Moscow, and is said to be having a medical with the Gunners this afternoon.

Tom Ince’s move to Crystal Palace has hit a snag with Sky Sports News reporting that Stoke City have made an offer to sign the player on a permanent deal. Ince reportedly prefers a loan move and having completed his medical at the Eagles is said to be waiting in the hope that his move to London will still go through.

Liverpool are reportedly continuing their pursuit of Dnipro winger Yevhen Konoplyanka and hope to complete a move before the 11pm deadline.  Sky Sports reports that Liverpool are doing "all the can" to finalise the move.

Done deals:

Palace have completed the permanent signing of Jason Puncheon from Southampton. Puncheon has been outstanding under Tony Pulis and has now agreed a four-and-a-half year deal at Selhurst Park.

Palace have also signed goalkeeper Wayne Hennessey from Wolverhampton Wanderers for an undisclosed fee.

Cardiff City have completed the loan signing of Wilfried Zaha from United and the permanent transfer of Fabio from the same club. Zaha has revealed that is looking forward to working with Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and says the Bluebirds play good football.

Lewis Holtby has moved from Tottenham Hotspur to Fulham on loan for the rest of the season.
