Brazilian midfielder Hernanes is set to leave Lazio for Inter and he couldn't hide his emotion as he left the training ground.
Talented midfielder Hernanes has become a cult hero at Lazio but he looks set to sign for Inter today.
There had been suggestions that the Biancocelesti chief may resist for fear of a rebellion from the Lazio supporters, but that now looks unlikely.
The 28-year-old signed for Lazio in 2010 from Brazilian giants Sao Paulo and has made 117 appearances, scoring 33 times and providing countless assists.
During what has been a tough campaign at times for Lazio, Hernanes has been a bright light and the fans love him.
But Inter's offer is too big to resist, even though it appears that Hernanes isn't keen to leave.
A video is circulating on Youtube showing Hernanes driving out of Lazio's Formello training ground probably for the final time and posing for pictures with fans.
After a while the player begins to cry and hands a pair of his boots to one of the fans who attempts to console him.
