Arsenal have not yet bid for Julian Draxler despite reports claiming otherwise say the player's owners.
Reports have been ramping into overdrive in the last week regarding Arsenal's pursuit of Julian Draxler.
The Schalke star was claimed just 24 hours ago by The Mirror to be the subject of a €30 million bid.
Draxler has a €37 million release clause in his contract but this can only be activated in the summer transfer window.
The opening line of the paper's report in fact writes: "Arsenal have offered €30million for Julian Draxler."
Yet reports from Germany this evening claim the opposite - there have been no offers from the Gunners.
Schalke's Horst Heldt tells Sky Deutschland about Julian Draxler: "You have to ask Arsene Wenger. There was no offer for Draxler." #afc

Arsene Wenger played down links on Friday night after the win over Coventry, stating: ""That is an illusion. There is nothing happening, honestly no, we don't need to take players on the flanks - we have 17 players on the flanks."
Whoever you believe on this one, it's currently looking likely to be a scenario which plays itself out one way or another right up until deadline day.
