Transfer news from Manchester United, Chelsea, Cardiff City, Tottenham Hotspur and Crystal Palace.
Tottenham Hotspur have made a move for Chelsea target Fredy Guarin - according to reports in Italy. The North London clubs interest in the player was said to have died with Andre Villas-Boas but there are now reports that the Colombian could be the subject of a €10 million bid from Spurs.
Crystal Palace are said to be in talks with former Liverpool star Momo Sissoko. The Malian international has been a free agent since his release from Paris Saint-Germain in the summer - and was a target of Tony Pulis during his time in charge of Stoke City.
Talks are said to be ongoing with the 29-year-old and a deal could be concluded by the start of next week.
DONE DEAL: Cardiff City have signed their third Norwegian since Ole Gunnar Solskjaer took over at the club - after Jo Inge Berget arrived from Molde FK.
The 23-year-old attacker is a fully fledged Norwegian international and follows Mats Moller Daehli and Magnus Wolff Eikrem in a move to South Wales.
Solskjaer said of the move:
“He knows the way I want to play, he's strong, intelligent, smart. He scored against England in the Under-21 European Championships and will do well for us."
He also confirmed that Wilfried Zaha has NOT had a medical at the club - despite reports to the contrary.
The young winger has been widely expected to make a move from Old Trafford on loan for the rest of the season - but as of yet no deal seems to be done.
Despite the imminent arrival of Juan Mata Manchester United playmaker Shinji Kagawa is not expected to leave the club this month.
His agent Thomas Kroth said of such speculation:
“At this moment I am sure Shinji will stay. There has been no contact and so it is just rumours. No, it is my opinion that he will stay."
