Five players who should leave Manchester United this week

Who could be on their way out of Old Trafford before the Deadline slams shut on Friday?

So there is just one week to go until the Transfer Window slams shut - and finally we are seeing some action.

Manchester United and Chelsea have made their big moves in the past couple of days - but with seven days left on the ‘Transfer Clock’ the big boys also have plenty of players who might be considering their positions.

So which players should be seeking a move away from Manchester United in January?

Anderson has already made his move - joining Fiorentina on loan until the end of the season so who should follow…?

Wilfried Zaha

This one looks like it is on the verge of completion - and you can understand why.

The winger has barely featured under David Moyes - and one year to the day since he signed on with United he looks set to leave and join Cardiff City on loan.

He should return a better player for it - and hopefully become a fixture in the United team from next season.

Shinji Kagawa

With Juan Mata’s arrival imminent the Japanese international now looks like even more of a spare part at the club.

He would also command quite a fee - so United should flog him and bring in some midfield steel to accompany the guile of Mata.

Javier Hernandez

Chicharito is going to be considering a move away from the club right now. He recently lost his place in the Mexico national team and to get it back he needs to be playing regular first-team football.

When Robin Van Persie and Wayne Rooney return from injury he will go back to the bench - and his World Cup dreams could go up in smoke.

Fabio da Silva

His red-card against Swansea City looks like being a fitting analogy of his time at the club, lots of enthusiasm and looking busy but lacking class - and it should be his final act in a United shirt.

He is one they should discard sooner rather than later.

Add injury prone to the list of things that annoy you about Nani.

That list grows longer by the season and the club need to consider sending him on his way for good - with Sporting Lisbon said to be keen.
