Napoli have unveiled their new 'camouflage' kit and it is a being dubbed a candidate for the ugliest shirt in Italian football history.
Napoli's new 'camouflage' kit is doing the rounds on the social networks but not for the reasons the club hoped.
It was a very positive start to the season for Napoli under Rafa Benitez but they have slipped out of Scudetto contention and were cruelly eliminated from the Champions League.
The Partenopei have been active in the January transfer window, chasing Tottenham's Étienne Capoue and successfully signing Jorginho despite interest from a number of other sides.
And Jorginho was present today as the club unveiled their new camouflage kit, which will be worn for away games in the second half of the season.
The shirt is supposed to represent Napoli's fighting spirit, but many on Twitter and Facebook have suggested it is an eyesore.
Jorginho did a good job of acting as if he liked the shirt but it's unlikely that sales will be great.
However, if it's to be the worst kit in Serie A history it has some competition such as Fiorentina's horrific 1992-93 shirt that looked like a magic eye and the AC Milan jersey of 1981 that was improbably sponsored by 'Pooh Jeans'.
